Chinese Language Courses
Courses are offered according to the international students' levels and requirements. Based on their levels of Chinese language, students are to be categorized into: Elementary (for absolute beginners), Intermediate, and Advanced classes with 10-15 students in one class. Required courses for each level of classes are as following:

D. Programs for Cultural Tour
This Program strives to create a pleasing atmosphere for international students to learn, understand and experience. It provides opportunities for students in China to get in touch with nature and society, to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Guangxi and even China so as to feel the profoundity of Chinese traditional culture.
E. Tuition Fees
1. For Chinese Language Courses:
A. Registration Fee: USD30.00
B. Tuition Fee: USD1500.00 per year; USD800.00 per semester
2. For Undergraduate:
A. Registration Fee: USD30.00
B. Tuition Fee:
a. for Liberal Arts: USD1700.00 per year; USD900.00 per semester
b. for Science: USD1900.00 per year; USD1000.00 per semester
3. For Postgraduate:
A. Registration Fee: USD30.00
B. Tuition Fee:
a. for Liberal Arts: USD1900.00 per year; USD1000.00 per semester
b. for Science: USD2100.00 per year; USD1100.00 per semester
II. Admission Requirements
A. For Chinese Language Courses: no restriction for admission. Better to begin a new semester is respectively in September (for fall semester) and in middle February (for spring semester). If failed to register in time, classes will be made up in spare time.
B. For Undergraduates: Admission is granted to those who have finished senior high school at home, having a valid HSK Intermediate Band C (6) Certificate, aged under 27, and in good health. Bachelor Degree will be awarded upon fulfillment of the required credits.
C. For M.A. or M.S. Postgraduates: Admission is given to those who have had an education equivalent to that of university in China, having a valid HSK Advanced Band 8 Certificate, aged under 40, in good health, recommended by two professors or associate professors; or undergraduate students from a university in China who have passed the national entrance examination for postgraduate studies; or undergraduate students from a university in China who have been recommended by the University to be exempted from the national entrance examination for postgraduate studies, in good health. MA or MS Degree will be awarded upon fulfillment of the required credits.
III. Applying Procedures
A Applicants please fill in the application form attached along with educational diplomas and school reports, and send them to the address attached after.
B. After receiving the Enrollment Notice and JW202 form, students can try to obtain a student visa from a Chinese Embassy or Consulate, together with the Physical Examination Form endorsed by a local public hospital.
C. Students of undergraduates and postgraduates are required to register within the notified dates by holding the Enrollment Notice and JW202 Form. Failure to register within 15 days after the deadline will result in denied admission. But students of Chinese Language Courses have no restriction in registration.
IV. Boarding, Lodging & Costs
A. Dining :
The on-campus Restaurant and the students' dining halls serve varieties of food. Cost varies from 1 to 3 USD per day.
B. Standard Double-bed Room
10 USD/bed /day/ or 250 USD/bed/month-- with bathroom, air-conditioner, telephone, color TV, water heater (water, electricity, and telephone to be paid by user)
C. 4-bed Room
300 USD/bed/year -- with bathroom, air-conditioner, telephone, water heater, color-TV (water, electricity, and telephone to be paid by user)
D. 6-bed Room
200 USD/bed/year -- with bathroom, air-conditioner, telephone, water heater, color-TV (water, electricity, and telephone to be paid by user)
